Stan Decker has worked in the waterproofing industry since the late 1970’s. Mr. Decker founded L.S. Decker in Houston, TX in 1981 and has steadily grown the business since its inception. Stan credits the long-term success of L.S. Decker to its dedicated estimators, project managers, field superintendents, and field workers, many of whom have been with the Company for 20+ years.

Since inception, Mr. Decker’s approach to business has been to lead with integrity in all we do – “we will be fair and truthful with everyone; we do what we say we will do” permeates throughout the organization.

The Company is a strong believer in promotion from within and works hard to maintain an environment of upward mobility for its employees. With that, L.S. Decker’s leadership team is long tenured, which the Company views as a strong competitive advantage.
